Cavistons Restaurant opened its doors in 1996. With 50 years behind us in the seafood business it was time to expand into hospitality. The restaurant was an opportunity to showcase the freshest seafood in Dublin which we had come to know so well. The menu is selected by head chef Noel Cusack on a daily basis and is subject to the day's catch of the Irish fishing fleets.
