Classic Swedish Gingerbread thins.
Anna’s master bakers use the finest natural ingredients and continue to follow the original Swedish recipe.
Like many Swedish housewives in the 1920’s, Anna Karlsson baked ginger cookies at Christmas from a recipe handed down from her mother. Her cookies became so popular that Anna and her sister started baking them year-round. In 1929 they opened a small bakery in Stockholm, Sweden. Ever since, Anna’s has been on a magical journey, supplying cookies to Europe for nearly a century.
